Anorexia does lead to hair thinning and hair loss.
I'm sure she will alleviate it with a good weave. Then she will fool herself into thinking how healthy she "looks". Next to go will be her dewey skin and maybe her teeth. How icky.

No doubt about it, "it is what it is" like Brit said. Nicole looks worse and worse every day, her hair is icky, her hands are like old women's and I don't think she'd fill out a toddler shirt. I recently rewatched season 1 of Simple Life and was shocked at her transformation. I hope she gets help, but with friends like the chick with her, maybe she'll @ least get the munchies.

Nicole needs to detox from life itself. She needs to go on a retreat and not come back until she has grown her own full head of hair and gained 10 lbs.
