In David Hasselhoff's new autobiography, he remembers his meeting with Princess Diana and wishes he would have pursued her romantically. Because that could only have ended well, of course.
Hasselhoff says, "I could sense her pain. I always admired her. I probably would have gone after her if circumstances had been different. In the end I just wanted to be a friend and to hang out with her. She looked like she really needed a friend and we really clicked".
I'm currently remembering that Janice Dickinson's book about her life is entitled, "No Lifeguard on Duty," and wondering if maybe she could have used a little Lt. Mitch Buchannon in her life as well.
