Former MELROSE PLACE star HEATHER LOCKLEAR has moved on from DAVID SPADE and is reportedly dating CHRISTINA APPLEGATE's estranged husband, actor JOHNATHAN SCHAECH. The pair were recently spotted sharing an intimate dinner at Mastro's Steakhouse in Thousand Oaks, California. Schaech, 37, who split with the ANCHORMAN star last year (05) is close to finalising his divorce.Good for her, man.
