Because there is a special place in my heart for crazy divas who really own their crazy--embracing it really--I was more than tickled to hear that Vivica Fox was quite the handful during her DUI arrest back in March. TMZ got its hot little hands on the arrest report for the actress, in which a legally drunk Vivica tried to play the race card. Loves it!
The officer says in the report, after she was stopped, "Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, 'Brother help a sister -- are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?'"Apparently, Vivica was pleading with the "brother," a Hispanic officer to help her in her efforts to combat the "racist" overtones of the white police officer on the scene. And I love the description included in the report from when Vivica was having her breath taken to determine her blood alcohol content.
Fox was taken to the station where a breath test was administered. The report reads, "Fox then burped quite loudly and I then aborted the test." She was also advised she could take off her 3-4 inch high heeled spiked boots, but "she told me she was a dancer and felt more comfortable wearing them."She's a dancer? OMG, that is fantastic. Because she was on "Dancing with the Stars," Vivica is no longer comfortable barefoot. She's like Barbie now, with her feet so perfectly molded to high-heels that an unnaturally high arch is retained when she's barefoot. Whatever, I still love her. The only thing missing from this story is her getting into a fight with the breathalyzer, yelling at it, "You don't know me, m**ther-f**er! You don't know sh*t about me!" and then passing out just before her dress falls off.

Or maybe she's labeling herself a dancer 'cause Black women over 40 don't work in Hollywood. Either way, it's a shame. Betcha Larry King won't be interviewing her if she has to go to the pokey.

How did this get to be where you have to use the "N" word. YOU ARE DUMB!! She did not get anywhere pulling the race card. What she did was so wrong and unacceptable and no.....Paris Hilton was arrested. There should never be any favorites. When you get pulled over for drunk driving you go to jail. I use to like Vivica she looks wonderful but I think she is self absorbed and a bit crazy!!
