Visitors to our beautiful country need to recognize that if you act like an asshole (even in other countries), you might have an issue with coming back. Love the album, hate the attitude. Lily Allen is being denied access to the U.S. due to her run-in with paparazzi. And when I say run-ins I mean she was doing the crane kick and cackling and thinking she was all badass. Customs didn't think so.
Lily Allen has been barred from entering America after being interrogated at U.S. customs for five hours over her criminal record. The singer was stopped by immigration officers at Los Angeles airport on Sunday where she arrived to film a video with rapper Kanye West and attend the MTV video music awards.Allen was released after being told her work visa had been cancelled because she was arrested in London in March following an alleged assault on a photographer.
Isn't she about a month early for the awards? She may be violent, but she's crazy punctual. Lily allegedly blogged that she was told the reason for the rejection was because she's a "musician". If Kylie Minogue isn't allowed back here, I'll sue.

According to NME (UK musical paper) Lily Allen has got a visa after all, she is ATM in Vegas, sadly the story that she was banned from the US wasn't true which annoys me.

The story is Lily Allen, had an altercation with a photographer, saying I don't want to be a celebrity, and thew a kick in the air (she missed) while Lily Allen tried to take his camera away, he pulled back striking himself in the nose! The following day Lily Allen went to America (N.Y.C) when she did a radio interview, she bragged that she would be arrested when she went home, (see Lily Allen in New York article) anyway she went to a party in the Hamptons and met Elvis Costello (great!)but when she returned to London she was not arrested, instead she met with the police by appointment. unfortunately this lead to visa problems, which fucked up her U.S tour, and made her rant about George W. she wasn't as made as the press made it sound but she does not like him. she does like America

Later on that same photographer, broke Lily Allen's window on her B.M.W. she could not prove it but she was standing there when it happened. and knows it was him.
