Real rackage or not, she has a great bod and as far as the stretch marks go, that's part of life. It also indicates an actual female body with curves and not the unexplainable trend, these days, of actresses with a beautiful face and the body of a 14 year old boy. Puh-lease! Go Salma! So what if she's got stretch marks across her boobs...anyone who has gained weight in a particular area within a fairly quick timespan will get stretch marks. I call my boob stretch marks the "too big too soon". I'm all natural and ballooned from 36B to 36D from the ages of 16-21. You may also find that some women (or men...haven't really checked) have a couple of stretch marks near their hips. It happens...doesn't necessarily mean it's due to fake boobs.
However I have also heard the rumour that Salma got herself some implants before she was a big star in the U.S. I just wonder how she got that top button to close without having to wear a gawd awful minimizer bra!
