OK, so maybe she was simply asking a waiter passing by if she could get another flute of champagne, but this picture serves my purposes. Thurman was just one of many celebrity attendees of Valentino's last fashion show, after the purchase of his label by a British company. The designer decided to end his fashion dynasty with a splashy fashion show and star-studded parties.
Uma's "Kill Bill" co-star, Lucy Liu, was also in attendance and it's a testament to the woman's utter fierceness that I'm able to look at her outfit and love it, even though she looks like she's wearing a cape made out of dinosaur intestines. Eva Herzigova and Claudia Schiffer also showed up and if you look closely, there appears to be a mysterious hand under Claudia's arm in one of the pictures, that looks like it's about to give her an impromptu breast exam.
And, once again, young Blake Lively of "Gossip Girl," was in attendance. This chick looks like she's having the time of her life during fashion week. I'd be jealous if she didn't look so sweet.
