It took talent agent Benny Medina's 40th birthday party to bring Nicole Richie back onto the social scene. This is Nicole's first appearance since giving birth to her daughter Harlow. It looks like Nicole has lost those three pounds that she gained and is back to her original, err, fighting weight. The evening brought out a slew of celebrities including Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton, Kimberly Stewart, John Mayer, Nicky Hilton, David Katzenberg, Cuba Gooding Jr., Janet Jackson, Macy Gray, Dylan McDermott and more.

So I guess she isn't breastfeeding? Or did she only stay at the party for two hours? Because when my babies were two weeks old, they were practically glued to my boobs. Yes, I know there's such a thing as a bottle, but women who nurse don't usually start the kid on the occasional bottle until breastfeeding has been firmly established (like six weeks). I'm not saying there's anything wrong with not breastfeeding, I just (ungraciously) think it would be pretty typical of Nicole to forego the natural processes in order to get back into the party scene faster...

I would think someone like Nicole would breastfeed only because of all the calories you burn. I've heard of women doing that longer than what is necessary for that reason alone.
My friend weighed 130 before she was pregnant and 122 two weeks after giving birth. Don't you hate people like that? Of course now she has stretch marks and saggy boobs. neener neener neener.

I agree....body shapers can work magic! The probably has 3 lbs. of extra skin stuffed underneath of her spanx!
