Nicole Richie hit up a party store to buy some fun stuff to celebrate her man's birthday. Thankfully, there was someone there to hold on to the helium balloons for her because even with the minor post-baby weight she's carrying around, I still think she'd be at risk for just floating away off into the smoggy Los Angeles horizon.
Also, I don't understand what she's wearing exactly. I understand that after having a baby, all you want to do is wear comfortable clothing and I'm sure that dress she's wearing is as cozy as a baby's blanket, but if you're going to bother taking the time accessorizing with a silly head-scarf, then use that time to maybe pick out a dress that is slightly less drab. Or, don't be surrounded by so much colorful stuff.
Although, I do like her necklace with the "H" on it for her baby, Harlow. Everyone's all about initials these days, it seems.

Not that I'm a fan of whatever it is that she does, but I don't think she looks bad at all. She is thin, but not sickly and she appears to be breastfeeding still so I doubt she is using. She looks pretty happy, actually.
