We Don't Need Your Confirmation Anymore

It's true. I went to journalism school, and if there was one important skill I learned, it was how to snoop around public records.

But unfortunately, I was on an extended weekend vacay, and just let People Magazine do all the hard work locating the official signed marriage license of Beyonce and Jay-Z.

According to the Scarsdale town clerk, the license was received on Friday -- which is more than the 5 days allowed after the wedding to turn it in. The document lists the wedding date as April 4.

No worries though, as the license is expected to be processed without any penalty because the requirement is frequently waived.

Now the two can stop hiding their love -- and more importantly, Beyonce can stop hiding that bling. You know that's what everyone has really been waiting for!
