C.S.I. star Gary Dourdan is claiming the drugs weren't his. Mmm hmmm. Dourdan was pinched in Palm Springs last Monday with a virtual pharmacy in his car. If your pharmacy was really shady and sold ecstasy, heroin and cocaine.

Dourdan sent an e-mail to Access Hollywood host Shaun Robinson in which he said that he had pulled over by the side of the road to sleep because he was drunk. And he was carrying someone else's luggage, which contained drugs. Is he moonlighting for Continental?

I'm glad pulling over did prevent a DUI," he wrote. "I recommend not driving at all, but a little kip [nap] is always good (on either side of the road LOL). I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative," Dourdan continued. "I've been happy to cooperate in any way to clear myself and go on with my blessed life."

Blessed indeed. I wish I could afford that many drugs. Dourdan was returning from a Coachella Music Festival after-party, which he says left him "ragged" (re: drunk). He and his evil luggage of betrayal are to be arraigned on May 28.

Dourdan also told People that he was "embarrassed" by the incident, and his representation told the publication that the e-mail to Access Hollywood was never meant for publication. Don't write anything down that you don't want read. Words to live by. I'm still reeling from writing "F*ck you, Miss Toohey" on my desk to my eighth grade French teacher and getting caught. Actually I made like Dourdan and blamed it on someone else and everything was fine. Ohmygod, I'm as shady as he is
