Britney Spears spent the morning at the Los Angeles Superior Court with her legal team and that of her ex-husband Kevin Federline, and it seems that her efforts to get her ducks in a line has paid off.
After appearing before the Court Commissioner, the two sides met for an hour break and hashed out an agreement that lets Britney spend more time with her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
The agreement allows more time for Britney's visits with the boys, but still prohibits overnight stays.
Britney had no comment, but her parents released a statement saying, "We are so pleased with Britney's progress and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress."
Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan called the agreement a "cautious step going forward...a step in the right direction," crediting Britney's conservator father Jamie as a big part of the recent stabilization in Britney's life.
Looks like Brit will be enjoying an extra long Mother's Day visit with her babies.
