Dina and Michael Lohan were back in a Long Island family court again today for a dispute over the custody of their two youngest children, Ali and Dakota. The couple settled their divorce almost a year ago, but Michael is claiming that Dina isn't following the visitation agreement.
The discussions took place mostly in the judge's chambers, but according to Michael's attorney, dear old Dad is upset that he isn't being allowed to visit the youngsters.
Judge Stacy Bennett scheduled a follow-up session for July, and says, "I am encouraged to hear that the parties and counsel are working at ways to repair the relationship between the children and the father."
Surprisingly, after the hearing both parents said that they will not speak to reporters regarding the matter while the case is continuing. Of course that doesn't mean we won't be hearing anything from the two media-whores. We'll probably have a new quote from them tomorrow about their golden goose Lindsay and her possible homosexuality.
All I know is that Dina sure looked smug as they were leaving the courthouse.
