Here's Lily Allen on the red carpet for the Glamour Woman of the Year Awards in London. She looking quite girly and cute with her new pink hair a cute little bow, but don't be fooled.
Her dress is covered with the image of Bambi with his neck slit. Go ahead and look, but consider yourself warned!
Lily received the Editor's Special Award for being... ummm... special I guess. Beth Ditto won Best International Artist, Kelly Osbourne received the Theatre Actress of the Year award, and Kate Beckinsale won the award for film actress of the year.
Obviously Hayden Panettiere was just attending because she can drink in London.
