I'm kind of falling in love with the sneer. Prince William is sporting a jaunty beret and the sheer suggestion of a smile during training with the Royal Navy at Brittania Naval college in Dartmouth, England. He'll be spending the next two months with the Royan Navy after he finishes up training with the Royal Air Force.
