The saga of the three whatevers continues. Casey Johnson (heiress, uberbitch) and Bijou Phillips (never a socialite and never will be) were named in a defamation and battery suit by former Playboy bunny Nicole Lenz. Bijou Phillips (Fast Car, Tart), the actress with violent tendencies, allegedly bitch-slapped Lenz at a Los Angeles nightclub and then called her a whore and thief.
Lenz, possible co-star of second Paris Hilton porn tape, charges that Johnson, her former roommate, joined Phillips in conspiring to harm her reputation by planting newspaper stories falsely claiming that Lenz attacked Phillips at the club and stole more than $750,000 worth of jewelry from Johnson’s house.
Casey Johnson has enlisted former O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Shapiro to defend her against Lenz's $1 million defamation and battery lawsuit, and has filed court papers asking that Lenz's suit be thrown out.Johnson's rebuttal includes a catty "introductory statement" that describes Lenz as a "former Playboy Playmate whose 15 minutes of fame has long since expired," and claims Lenz is "apparently desperate to be in the headlines once again or to cash in because she is broke." The sad part of it all was that it all took place at a party that sucked; the Virgin Cola MTV Awards after-party June 6 at XES.

Casey is an uber-bitch... my old roommate, who worked for a VERY high-powered fashion PR house in town (and is the nicest, most patient person ever), bitch-slapped Casey at a party after she yelled at yer, THEN KICKED AND JABBED HER with a stiletto... all because she wanted to leave a party with a few thousand dollars worth of items.. that weren't hers.
This was at the same Hugo Boss party that Cat Power and the girl from As Four got into the fight by the DJ booth, nearly toppling over socialites, downtown darlings, and DJ Paul Sevigny... god, how I love New York!
