But... yes, i agree, a magazine shouldn't print pictures like this, that's just unetichal and plain mean. The whole paprazzi thing (i can't spell paprazzi?... anyways) is getting out of hand, with mischa's exposed chest and lohan's accident. Plus there's probably a million other incidents that i can't think of off the top of my head.
