When you compare her to this photo taken recently, I'd say no. How refreshing.

"I do great cappuccinos - even though my mom calls them 'cap-a-craps'. As far as coffee goes though, I'd say espresso gets the job done - it goes right to your nipples!"

While Jesse James is not my personal type, she looks happy. Although she seem to be hugging on for dear life after the jump.

The stars of hip-hop are not having it easy these days.
I'll give this one to Kanye.Rapper Kanye West has filed a federal suit claiming a Chicago deejay forged his name and tried to sell recordings West made before his 18th birthday. West worked with Eric Miller of Focus Music Group before he achieved fame, the 20-page lawsuit says. The two created several songs together, which Miller illegally tried to market earlier this year, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday.
The lawsuit filed Monday charges Miller shopped the songs to distributors using a fake contract with West`s forged signature. The suit seeks a minimum $1.3 million and that Miller be banned from ever using West`s name or voice in connection with the sale or "exploitation" of the master recordings, the Tribune said.
This one goes to Mr. Beckford.Tyson Beckford has slammed Sean "Diddy" Combs with a lawsuit, citing breach of contract and trademark infringement. The male model is seeking $5 million in damages from both of Diddy's corporations: his record label, Bad Boy Entertainment, and his urban-fashion line, Sean John.
According to the suit, filed in New York's Federal District Court on August 19, Beckford claims he signed a $1.2 million contract with Sean John to lend his face and image to the company's advertising campaign. As part of that agreement, Beckford was to be issued four $300,000 payments. The lawsuit said Sean John came through with the first payment on time, but was short by half on the second, and that it took several months before the remainder of that payment came through. Beckford claims Sean John skimped on the third and fourth payments, which, in effect, rendered the contract null and void.
Who knows who this one goes to. It's still kind of hard to believe that no one saw Suge Knight's shooter at a crowded party? The best-selling rapper was scheduled to showcase his upcoming sneaker, The Hurricane, at the Magic Marketplace at the Las Vegas Convention Center. However, Game said after he arrived, he was told he was no longer welcome because of the shooting of the rap mogul over the weekend in Miami, the night before the MTV Video Music Awards. “I didn’t see Suge Knight in the club,” said the Game, although both were at the party. “I never saw him.”

2005 VMAs: Coco Lee Goes Loco [The Bastardly]
The following is from a very reliable source. It seems that Jamie Foxx has been getting a little out of control lately, and it's due to the drugs.
Last week, my friend was in VIP at Prive in Miami. Apparently, Jamie Foxx was wasted and got into an extremely heated argument with his former manager. She told me that they were beating each other up very badly, they were falling all over the place, breaking things, and they had to close down VIP for the night.
Also, someone else I know has been spending some time with Mr. Foxx and reports that he is really cracked out, and not looking too well.
