the van clearly looks like it was making a turn, and Lohan was going straight, meaning she had the right of way.
And the impact that caused her car such damage, means the van must have been going pretty fast itself. Was it really parking? I'm not sure. I dont think a car would be this damaged if it was hit by a "parking car".
Either way, I agree, she should've been arrested anyway for leaving the scene of an accident.

I actually got in traffic at Robertson and Beverly the other night because of a crash... I got a look at it when I finally was able to drive past; the police has taped off all of Robertson for just one crash, which seemed odd, since there was no ambulance.
