Rock singer Pete Doherty pleaded guilty on Thursday to seven charges of possessing heroin, crack cocaine and cannabis in a court appearance in east London.Sentencing was delayed till April 20 for the 26-year-old Babyshambles singer over the offences which took place in December and January.
Only last month Doherty, who found fame as a sometime boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss, escaped a jail term for separate drugs charges.
Doherty, who had arrived late for his appearance at Thames Magistrates Court, caused chaos after the hearing as he made his way through a 50-strong crowd of photographers, reporters and fans.
Climbing over a wall outside the court, he kicked a reporter's microphone and then playfully kicked at a photographer. Wearing his trademark trilby hat and a grey suit, Doherty climbed over the boot of his waiting Jaguar before getting behind the wheel, almost knocking over a passer-by as he reversed and sped away.

pete is not only a indie god, but a talented poet,a musical genius and extremely charismatic. i mean come on the lad went to oxford university. Have any of you even listened to his music, no wonder no one takes him seriously if the only thing hes reconginsed for is his bad points...theres a lot of them i agree but this man is deeply moving and his lyrics touch the heart..give him a break hes only human.
