Charlize Theron and her boyfriend are visiting various cities of Turkey for nearly two weeks. She and her boy friend first went to Kemer, Antalya to watch total eclipse of the sun. After spending one week in mediterannean city Antalya, they flew to Istanbul to visit historical places and to shop for traditional rugs, silk carpets. Yesterday they went to Grand Bazaar in istanbul and Charlize Theron bought Turkish rugs and Turkish carpets and she also bought a very expensive silk carpet. She totally paid around US$ 380.000 (US$380 thousand) to these rugs and carpets. She was wearing simple clothes and she was with no make up during her Turkey visit. She is still in Istanbul. But she doesn`t let journalists and people take picture of her.
Here's a photo of Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend taken yesterday at Ataturk Airport in Istanbul while the famous couple were leaving Turkey where they spent two weeks. Charlize Theron was wearing sunglasses and a hat to hide herself from people. She even didn`t take off her sunglasses during security check at Ataturk Airport enterence and this caused an argument between she and the security officers of the airport.
Kind-of celebrity sighting/rant Svetlana from The Real World. So I attend the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and they were advertising that Svetlana from the real world would be at our local campus (on April 6, 2006). So, myself and 4 of my girls friends showed up expecting to see her, we were there at about 9:30 PM. She was ushered into the bar around 11 and huddled downstairs where they only let VIPS inside. After waiting almost 2.5 + hours I asked my guy friend who usually works the door for Kams what the hold up was and he informed me that Svetlana, aka SLUTlana had hired her own bodyguards for this event, and they were making sure that there were no apparent safety issues or threats before allowing her up to the main level. At about midnight, she
finally appeared to stand behind the bar for 10 minutes and then held court with only the KAMS employees. It was ridiculous. Mind you she was wearing a hot pink bra with a turquoise dress that fell below her knees with jeans (I thought that look was OUT) and cowboy boots. Aside from all that she hasn't lost weight when compared to the latest real world episode and her boobs are gigantic. I just wish that someone who is not technically a celebrity would have a little more consideration for their fans... She definitely did not leave me with a good impression of herself. Disappointment indeed!

i know she was in turkey a week ago or so, because i live there and she was on tabloids but i only heard that she was in antalya not istanbul (i would have stalked her if i heard it before!). and i dont think she stayed that long either.

Yeah thats right, Charlize and her bf were in Turkey for two weeks. Antalya and Istanbul... Yes she joined GLAAD Awards the day after she left Istanbul. So why you all surprise to see she visited Turkey, one of the historically richest countries of the world. She and her boy friend told a Journalist of Sabah Newspaper that they first searched on the internet and then visited Turkey. Their first aim was to watch total eclipse of the sun in Kemer, Antalya, then to visit historical places in Istanbul and shop in Grand Bazaar.

i went to Antalya too to watch the eclipse with my husband. Shame I didn't spot her there! I would have invited them back to our tent for some rehydrated potatoes and burnt coffee.

she was in Turkey,from 29 March to 6 April or so..I saw her in Beyoglu Ara Cafe,Istanbul.She was with Stuart..she doesn't look oh so great without make up.
