I have to believe that he just doesn't give a shit. Being arrested means nothing to him whatsoever. I'm thinking some long hard time could possible send home a little message.
The Babyshambles frontman was held on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply after cops stopped a car he was travelling in.The arrest, at 2.10pm today, came just three hours after the on-off lover of supermodel Kate Moss was spared jail on drugs charges by magistrates.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "A 27-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were arrested after a vehicle was stopped in Roman Road, E2, by plain clothed officers who were carrying out a patrol in an unmarked police car.
"They were arrested on suspicion of possessing what was believed to be class A drugs with the intent to supply."

netty and tasannie..you are exactly right. the average person would have been jailed after the second offense. but it's long been known that a celeb gets special treatment in legal cases, which could just be their access to the BEST lawyer who can find the loophole or whatever that gets their client probation and not jailtime. whatever the case, he'll continue to get off with no real punishment until his actions lead to someone getting seriously hurt or killed. '
