to jason, fad diets are retarded. for most of us vegetarianism is a lifelong choice.
and jackson, that's a lame argument. not all veggies are health freaks. there are many other reasons to be a vegetarian such as not liking meat, religion, or compassion towards animals. and are you saying it's all or nothing with health? at least it's a step in the right direction, should they just ruin their bodies completely because they can't quit smoking?
i don't bash people for eating meat, it's annoying to get bashed for not eating meat.

VEgetarians go back along way. Gladys knight was one and even during her pregnancy refused to eat meat. But like I say whatever floats your boat. Veggies are good but I loves me meat also.
However I do agree with Jackson and think its hypocritical to be a vegetarian and be a smoker also. Whats the point?
