I think she looks pretty. I don't know if he told her to kill his wife (how long ago was this really?), but I think he did use her at a immature and vulnerable stage of her development.

I think she did a good thing admitting her wrong doing... I won't say she destroyed Mary's life but, I will say damn near terminated it...Joey has never acepted any responsibility for this...Don't F$#k Little Girls...this is the result. He had a sexual relationship with Amy...and he needs to stop lying. He behaves as if he was the\is innocent mechanic simply doing his job...and this little girl simply started throwing herself at his fat ass and he was helpless to stop her...

The both of them are reprobate. At one time I sympathized with her. It is my opinion that if she lied about his involvement with the shooting, then she also lied about him getting her to be a hooker, ahem excuse me "Escort". In my opinion, the both of them are disgusting. He at least seems to be at peace with his issues while her's are still ablaze for all to gawk at and to think she's bred and still is breedable, God help us. She is a disgrace to her family and if she had any class or grace, she would have gone into hiding and never show her face to the public again.

To the Diva: Yes...she did lie about him getting her into protitution. If you watched all the shows, you would have heard her admit that. I do think she has come to terms with what she did, and has admitted to all of the lies and that it was she and she alone who did this to Mary Jo. I think all she wants to put it behind her is to have Joey admit to his wrong doing also, and admit that he led her on. It takes two to tango, and she certainly didnt rape the guy. He is still in denial. He needs to take responsibility for what he did too.

Jerri: Yes, I caught up after I posted yesterday. My bad. Frankly, I think the two of them are birds of a feather, they're both lying narcissists looking to make some easy bucks. In my opinion, regardless of how many times they hash and rehash their horrible escapades, there are three sides to every story: his hers and the truth. The one I admire the most is Mary Jo, she had the class and dignity to stay out of the spotlight with the exception of maybe three television appearances. Perhaps they [Amy and Joey] really are looking for closure but why broadcast it for billions to see and gawk at?

Once again I say, if they didn't do that, I'd have nothing to rant about. :)

And though youth isn't an excuse for her behavior (most young people don't shoot their lovers' wives), he was the adult in the situation. He should have known better and he should have spent the entire time in prison with her.

I didn't see the whole ET airing...wish I had. But I will give my opinion based on what I've read, heard, and seen over the years. Hard to make a good judgement though.
I saw all the Long Island movies. I've followed up on the story whenever something came out..especially Joey's Court TV proceedings for his antics after Amy. He wasn't doing so well on his own, was he? No one to blame but himself.
Amy was very young. She was already broken when he got a hold of her. (obvious by the fact she used her sexuality and went for an older MAN not a young man) She didn't carry her life in a way that was healthy. But she was a child. She also did drugs. Put that all together and BAM! Poor choices and huge mistakes. She is now a woman, a Mother, and a wife to someone who doesn't appear to be a shmuck. She has history. She seems sincere and sorry for what she did.
TRY BEING HER, people! I can't imagine what it's like!! CAN YOU???????? She shot MaryJo. She could have been a murderer, forever taking that life away. Thank God MJ lived! (not for Amy's sake...for MJ and her children's sake)
I'm proud of what Amy has done with herself. She has shown great courage. How hard do you think it is for her to come out in the public knowing there are people who would rather beat her down and spit on her than understand and forgive her CHILDHOOD MISTAKES? She wasn't an adult. She was a baby. How many people here were very disfunctional as a 16 yr old?
I think Joey is a loser. Always has been.
At least Amy straightened herself out.
