Because people, like some of the people who post here, spend all day long criticizing every single aspect of women's appearance, from their hair and nose, to their ankles and toes. Nothing is ever right, unless women are perfect, and even then, there is something probably "wrong" with them, so they feel compelled to "fix" it.

Point taken, but I think in this case she has done this to herself to put herself in the public eye, and earn a living doing 'glamour' shots or whatever it is she does.
She looks to me to be pretty happy with the way she looks, actually she must be oozing confidence to be able to leave her house, dressed like that!

The real question is why does it merit being posted here? Who cares about her?

Just a chick, I think it has less to do with body image and more to do with people paying attention to her. Most of these chavs are at least moderately pretty, but they have no talent, so they use silicone to get attention.
