I really liked it when it first started - I thought it would be the next 90210 (as did the Fox execs...), but I think it's already jumped the shark. Like you, I get tired of the same story lines. Ryan and Marissa get together. A new female character comes on the scene to distract Ryan. He and Marissa have problems, but overcome the "distraction" and get back together. Then, a new MALE character comes on the scene to distract Marissa. and so on, and so on...it got tiring.
I heard the rumors she was leaving the show, too...and I was wondering WHY she'd quit a gold-mine gig like that. To concentrate on her movie career? (David Caruso, anyone?...)
I keep hearing other rumors and teasers that someone's going to be offed on the season finale...if they kill off Marissa (which would be shark jump #2), they can always bring in her little sister. BTW, don't you love how her sister went from being like 10 or 11 in the first season to being 15-16 THIS season?
