"One time, we were at a party and I think she got really drunk, and she had just really derogatory things to say to me," Aguilera told the magazine. "But it was at that time that she had that breakdown, so she might have been very medicated."
In response to Aguilera's comments, Carey told Access Hollywood, "I had hoped that Christina was in a better place now than the last time I saw her, when she showed up uninvited at one of my parties and displayed questionable behavior."It is sad yet predictable that she would use my name at this time to reinvent past incidents for her promotional gain," Carey added. "It is in my heart to forgive and I will keep her in my prayers."
Aguilera, whose new album, Back to Basics, is due Aug. 15, seems ready for a truce. "I do not want any bad energy with anyone," she told Access when contacted for comment. "My intentions were not to upset Mariah with any statements that were published or taken out of context. I have all the respect in the world for her."
Once again, we have a celebrities words taken out of context. Mariah is so kind and forgiving. I'm she's on her knees doing something right now.

Christina says alot of things she shouldnt say. I'm sure she meant well, but she just didnt think about the consequences of what she said. I dont think she meant to hurt Mariah, she just didnt think. I'm sure Mariah will be mature enough to realize Christina didn't intentionally mean to talk shit. Once again she just didnt think about the words coming out of her mouth. We are all guilty of that. I wouldnt call this a fued. Just a simple misunderstanding. Atleast she apologized.

I am 32 now.I've been listening to mariah ever since i heard her sing for the first time and that was in 1990 when i heard on the radio her fabulous Someday.She just captivated me.There's no one better.She is a very sensitive and sensible person. I've never had the cahnce to see in one of her concerts,i think i'd die,but i've listened to her comments and interviews very detailedly and i'm 100 percent sure of what i sense in her:she is a goddess.She gives hope and faith.She inspires me so much that i've even written songs for her which i hope i'll one day hear her sing.No one's better.For me,and forgive me for this arrogant but sincere comment,she represents music,melody,love,everything,no other singer in the world could replace her in my life.I can listen to her the whole day,the next day again and the whole year,in fact,i've been doing that since 1990,and i never get tired of her and i know i never will.
