While Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are still hot and heavy, Ms. Richards' lawyers have upped the ante. She's now going after Charlie Sheen's pension.
In a May 18 court filing, Richards asked that Sheen's pension funds be made part of the proceedings -- a legal maneuver indicating that Richards plans to go after Sheen's retirement money, in addition to the rest of his assets. Richards also has asked the court for custody of their children, as well as alimony from Sheen.Though no dollar amounts were included in the court filing -- that will come later -- Richards names four of Sheen's pension plans, including the Screen Actors Guild Producers Pension Plan.
The real question is, will Denise Richards have a career after this? Although, did she really have a career in the first place?

Im confused. I read in US Weekly that they had broken up. Oh well. That Denise fails to shock me. She should be ashamed. The crap she is putting her family through. Even if the claims about Charlie are true, has she even thought about the effect this has on her kids? I feel so bad for her children and even Richies kids. They are all being very inconsiderate.

I guess we can state with conviction that everything she claimed in her Declaration to the Court was false as evidence by the fact that she is NOT concentrating on her children.
She is more than ugly, was NEVER any good at acting, AND the only reason she ever got to keep her SAG card was because of the generousity of Charlie, Heather, and their contacts helping her to get jobs. Otherwise she sucks more at the acting gig than what she does to Ritchie's little itty-bitty.
Charlie may have his quirks but I know he would NEVER put his children through what Richards is currently putting them through in the name of "being a good mother." It does not matter to me if Heather was or was not unfaithful or whatever else. That still does not rationalize Denise to become involved with Richie regardless if it was before or after Heather's and Richie's break up. There is just no excuse at all for a friend to poach on a friend's husband or ex husband. That is simply not right and it sounds like dirty pool.
Find a different man Denise; not Heather's ex husband of only a few months!!!! With the money you will receive from your recent divorce, you may be able to find many young men who will desire you.
Isn't it funny how guilty people often try to twist the guilt on the innocent party by exaggerating the truth and/or just telling lies? This is very passive aggressive.
I only saw the movie "Wild Things" in which Denise appeared and I am assured never to watch anything where she is cast, especially now.
The point is, why would anyone want to show any support for a woman who is going overboard to get so much of her ex husband's earned money? Denise then publicly excuses herself for poaching a man who had just recently divorced her friend by throwing smut at Heather Locklear and even David Spade.
This story is just a sad reminder to me how some women can be friends unless one happens to secretly covet something the other friend has or had whether it be a man, status, money, or connections. Manipulative woman will try to use their unsuspecting friend's trust to discreetly gain leverage while setting up what they want. That woman does not focus on or give thought how she has betrayed her friend; she just rationalizes that it is not her fault somehow. Her lost friend is left feeling hurt, angry and bewildered. I am truly sorry that this happened to Heather. I have been in those shoes before too.
Let's also remember how Richie played apart of this too. Too bad he plays with Bon Jovi because I like them. However, I won't support him in anyway either. I may listen to "Pink" instead. She has this good song out called "STUPID GIRL."
