The incident happened around 6.30pm yesterday evening as Moss was leaving a friend's house in north London. When a waiting photographer attempted to take her picture, she rushed over to the man in a fury. Grimacing in concentration, she apparently kicks and punches the man before stamping on his camera lens as it fell to the ground.Moss's friend, carrying a blue carrier bag with a bottle of wine in it, is seen to rushing to the supermodel's side to try and protect her during the fracas.
Reports afterwards suggest Moss's erratic behaviour was caused by a bad case of toothache, which left her feeling tired and strained.
The photos emerge on the same day it was reported that police have failed to find any witnesses willing to testify they saw Moss snorting cocaine at a London recording studio last year.
The London Evening Standard reports that police believe they have compiled enough evidence to secure a conviction against the supermodel, but fear the case will never come to court because of the refusal of witnesses to give evidence.
So things are looking up for Kate after all. Now if she would only make better choices in men, she could finally get her life could be back on track.
