Isn't that always the case? You know when you are a little swollen when the ring just won't slide on your finger quite so easily. She realized it was time to hit the gym when her jewelery would no longer fit. She is quoted by Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "Some rings wouldn't fit my fingers and watches wouldn't fit my wrist, so I stopped wearing jewelery." I'm not sure how this whole "I realized I needed to lose weight" story ties into the "I gained the weight for a movie" story, but somehow I'm sure it does.

Yes, don't be surprised if Janet's health takes a nosedive at an early age. Not hoping for anything bad, just a fact that constantly gaining and losing enormous amounts of weight can make a person die early. You saw it happen to Luther Vandross. A few pounds here or there, okay, but 50 and 60 pounds every two years is ridiculous. She needs to find a good weight and try hard to maintain it.
