Dadsurfah, maybe you know something I dont know about this story. All I know is that I dont understand your comment. How do you know those guys didn't rape her ? Why must she be called a hoe ? Dadsurfah: nobody knows what really went on in the Duke case, at least not yet, so it would probably be smart not to take one side or the other. However, if you're implying that white boys wouldn't touch a black stripper, you have a screw loose.

Tia, as a woman myself, I usually want to believe any woman who claims she's been raped. For me it's believe first, then hear the evidence. Unfortunately in this case, so did a lot of other people and I'm fearing a lot of young men's lives are in the balance for something they did not do.

Two DNA tests have been done so far from what I've been reading on CNN. Neither one matched any of the 46 members of the lacrosse team, but yes, she did have sex.

The girl is a ho by her own accounting. The boys only hired two strippers not prostitutes. But I don't know what you call a woman that goes to two or three different hotels with men or couples and pleasures herself with a vibrator. If she got paid for her "routine", I believe that's what you call a ho.

If the young lady became involved in something that became too much for her, I still say no means no. Rips in her anal walls mean that someone forced themselves on her without taking the time or consideration to think about her pain. That doesn't sound like an interaction between anyone that was wanted.

For one thing, rape is "performing sex acts on a person who has not given consent or is incapable of giving consent". Having sex someone while she is drunk (and incapable of making coherent decisions), qualifies- even at a frat party, even if she agrees. Forcing yourself on a stripper, or a prostitute for that matter, qualifies.
That said, if they are guilty, I don't think these "nice boys" who "didn't know better" should be put in jail for hiring a stripper, raping and sodomoizing her, making it look like it was her idea, and relying on their social status to get away with it:
