Continuing Tom Cruise's trek through Japan to promote his latest movie, "Mission: Impossible III," Tom opted for a different way of transportation this time around. While the other day, he recreated a scene from his latest film, he arrived by speedboat at Odaiba for the Japan premiere. This time he rode the train. Luckily for everyone, he wasn't on top of the train, he rode inside.
On Wednesday morning, Cruise and 150 invited guests (chosen from 30,000 applicants) from regional areas departed Tokyo aboard a specially chartered bullet train for the 150-minute journey to Shin-Osaka. During the trip, Cruise is spending a minute with each passenger and posing for a photo with every one of the 150 fans onboard. He returned to the U.S. on Wednesday night.
More photos of Tom Cruise riding the bullet train, after the jump.

Hmmm... He's looking particularly trolley...
Pcrew says:
Looks like Tom feels right at home with people just as short as he is.
doofus says:
Tom's thinking, "ah, finally a day without the lifts..."
k says:
Tom Cruise Takes _A_ Bullet would have been far more interesting.
Debbie Debutante says:
too bad it wasn't an actual bullet.
equinox says:
I can not be the only one sick to death of him.

Apropos of nothing, this is my last post on this site. The recycled People magazine content, the incredibly sloppy and irritating grammar, the mindless yenta double-postings, the sheer inanity of it all prompts me to looks elsewhere for my workday amusement between my demanding schedule of brain surgeries and rocket designing. I look back fondly to this site the way it was a year ago. Ahhh.....peace out. KSI
doofus says:
oh, KSI, say it ain't so.
at least tell us where you'll be posting so we can follow the laughs...
Randi says:
Damn, you had my hopes up with that tagline...
Small Fry says:
NOOOOOOOOO! KSI, you cannot leave. I'll start paying you to post comments.
countrybabe says:
He acts like he is four, how long do mid life crisis last in men? Spending your life promoting one movie is sad. Maybe he has no other offers.

Maybe KSI thinks that he'll get better content at Perez Hilton?
