Ooooh, are things going to be icy on the couch of The View for the next couple of weeks. Just earlier today, Star Jones announced that she's leaving "The View." This was her announcement:
Star Jones Reynolds announced Tuesday morning on The View that she'll be leaving the show in July after nine years as a cohost.
"Something's been on my heart for a little bit, and after much prayer and counsel I feel like this is the right time to tell you that the show is moving in another direction for its tenth season and I will not be returning as cohost next year," she said on the air."That's shocking to me," interrupted Joy Behar, prompting Jones Reynolds to link hands with her cohosts.
Thanking the show's creator, Barbara Walters, "for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime," Jones Reynolds concluded by saying, "I'm not sure what the future holds, but I'm absolutely sure who holds the future."
After some discussion, Walters said, "It is a new chapter for Star. It will be a new chapter for The View in the fall."
Everything sounds all rosy right? Not so fast.
"What you don't know is that my contract was not renewed for the tenth season," she tells PEOPLE. "I feel like I was fired." She adds that she was told her contract wouldn't be renewed just days before news leaked that O'Donnell would be joining The View.What do you think did her in? I'm going with the whole wedding fiasco where she was begging for free stuff.

She just isn't a nice person. She shields herself by bringing "God" into her dialog, yet she is one of the greediest "celebrities" that has ever been given an opportunity.

5. She wrote a book asking us to believe her "fairytale" life.

7. She expects the world to believe her husband isn't gay. (Text book case of a fat black woman desperate to believe an attractive, well-built man would actually choose her for anything other than his own purposes. They are perfect together. In fact, it's likely a business deal)

In hindsite, I wish I could have been a fly on the wall of that meeting. If they want ratings to go up, they should secretly tape what goes on in these meetings. I totally think that no matter how it seemed they got along, they were family. For Barbra to do, or allow to happen for Star to be replaced by an enemy... well not only does it hurt Star, but it shows our society crumbling down just alittle more.
Then later that day I remember seeing the announcment of Rosie coming on the show. Then it all started to click.
I generally love all people, but if Rosie talks about her kids, or trys to sing all the time again, I will most def, take ABC off my tv programing. I can not believe this show has lasted 9 years. They shoot hurt horses don't they...=P

I find it very odd, that after 10 years of marriage, Tom and Nicole were able to get an annulement. One can not be Catholic and have a divorce.
