You would think that with all the marijuana Woody Harrelson allegedly smokes it would mellow him out. Apparently not. Woody is the latest celebrity to go off on the paparazzi. Late this past Thursday afternoon, Woody was leaving the club Element, and the paparazzi went into full assault mode. Woody asked TMZ cameraman Josh Levine to stop shooting. Harrelson got pissed off, and then Woody broke Levine's camera and choked him.
After the incident, Levine was visibly agitated and argued with a man who appeared to be Harrelson's security guard. Then Levine flagged down an LAPD patrol car and told the two officers inside, "Hey bro, I just got assaulted by Woody Harrelson. He choked me out right now." A man standing near Levine added, "Yeah, I'm a witness." The police did not acknowledge Levine and simply drove away.Harrelson's publicist, Ina Treciokas, told TMZ: "Unfortunately, this is not the first or last time the paparazzi have provoked an incident with a celebrity. Mr. Harrelson is evaluating all of his legal options against the photographer."

Whatever!!! If I had someone in my face with a camera all of the time I would shove their camera in their face to, especially after he told them to stop taping and they didn't listen. The camera guy deserved it!! HA HA
