Christie Brinkley Gets Rid of Husband Number 4

Share

Brinkley091406Christie Brinkley made it official by serving her soon to be ex-husband Peter Cook with a summons. Cook's attorney confirmed that this is the first step in the divorce proceedings and now all that the supermodel needs to do is serve a complaint or for the parties to negotiate an amicable agreement. The couple, who wed in 1996, share an eight-year old daughter and a house in the Hamptons.

Brinkley decided to separate from Cook after discovering he was cheating on her with 18-year-old Diana Bianchi whom he hired to work in his Architecture firm. Apparently, Cook had hopes that he and Brinkley would work through their problems and that they could move on and he is devastated that she has decided to file for divorce. With good reason! I mean seriously, who cheats on Christie Brinkley?

Look Peter, you can't expect to cheat on your wife, humiliate her in public and then have the nerve to think she will forgive you for being an idiot. The woman has been married four times, and I am pretty sure she knows that when it's over, it's really over!

well chrissie ain't looking so perfect anymore so it's no wonder her hubby went astray... when society keeps feeding men the notion that no matter how good, bad or otherwise they look, they can have perfect TEN women.. well, we reap what we sow

Regardless, the guy's a dawg, plain and simple.

They're both selfish asses. Not a thought for their kid. Her with her self-centered "Pride", and him with his focus on his penis by sticking it to an 18 year old. They should both grow up and go to marriage counseling.

Christie Brinkley should feel more humiliated now to have 4 failed marriages behind her, to have given birth to 3 different kids from 3 different fathers, and to be a single woman in her 50's with no one to grow old(er) with.

She sounds like a real prima Donna who doesn't know the first thing about commitment and acceptance of the imperfections of others.

What did she expect marrying a man younger than her? Duh Barbie, now you're a faded menopausal rose and your younger husband is naturally tempted by flowers still in bloom. And, yeah, when faced with temptation, people (men and women) often make mistakes.

Pride isn't a virtue. Charity, humbleness, and forgiveness are.

Their problems probably started long before he cheated.
Plus, she's hardly thr brightest bulb on the circuit.
Jane-It sounds like you'd like to be forgiven for some mistake you made :)
