...which is my filthy way of trying to say that she tried some British specialities on MTV's Total Request Live in New York. It, of course, was all in the name of promoting her solo album, "The Dutchess."
She talked recently with The Guardian about her album and what it means to her:
"It's an exciting time in my life," said Fergie of her solo effort--the first she's undertaken since joining The Black Eyed Peas over three years ago. Speaking of the album, she declares: "All of the love songs are definitely about different boyfriends that I've had," she recently explained. "There are breakups, there are make-ups... a lot of vulnerability which I think people haven't seen from me".
You know what else we haven't seen from you? Your real face. I'm sorry, but seriously. I mean, I am happy that you're clean and off drugs and I'm sure it took its toll, but seriously, with that kabuki mask, I really don't understand how Heath Ledger managed to hedge you out of playing "The Joker" in the new Batman movie.
