The infamously skinny Nicole Richie was recently seen leaving the West Hollywood Recovery Center, a treatment facility that specializes in 12 Step Programs. Nicole was seen on a Wednesday, coincidentally after the Crystal Meth meeting let out.
Now, I'm not saying anything for sure, because AA meetings are also held at the same time on Wednesday's, but unless you've been living under a rock, you've seen all those specials on Crystal Meth and you know what it does to people. It makes you gross and skinny. Nicole has had trouble with substance abuse in the past.
It has been rumored that the stylist to the stars, Rachel Zoe keeps her clients thin by providing them with the meth, and if that's the case, it also explains why Rachel always looks all crater-faced and gross. So Nicole might actually be telling the truth when she says she doesn't have an eating disorder.
I just hope we don't see Nicole running around with lesions and missing teeth any time soon.
This story kind of makes me sad for Nicole. See, I'm not a complete monster.

I'm not saying that Rachel Zoe provides her clients with meth. I'm just saying that I don't doubt for a second that all of her clients are on meth. Mischa Barton might just be the only one I trust to be actually skinny, but I think she's still probably a big cokehead and isn't naturally supposed to be that thin. It's sad and disgusting.

Meth is kind of doubtful, my burgler had open sores, missing teeth, certainly looked like shit in my Dior Sunglasses. Why do a drug made with drano, when you can afford the finest cocaina?
Cocaine Results: You don't steal from me and look like animals ate part of you. Plus, you are thin.
Meth Results: Psychosis, big open sores, teeth fall out when you have a chai and muffin.

I don't see meth addiction here either. Also, how lousy is it to hang outside a 12 step meeting to snap pics? Then again we are finding out that the stars want this bizarre attention in the beginning, then it becomes a nuisance. I think Nicole is just hitting her meetings and eating a leaf of lettuce a day. Period.

Meth does NOT automatically equal fallen out teeth & open sores. I've known more than one meth head that kept it secret for quite some time. I've seen someone completely go off the deep end after years of abuse (it permanently damages your brain and can make you psychotic & delusional & paranoid even OFF the drug...and this fella had NO physical signs, just psychological), and I've also come across more than one person who was able to keep a somewhat normal life going in the background of their meth abuse. Of course, the feigned normalcy only lasts so long, but the facade can be kept up for months if not years if the person's not binging 24-7.
Also keep in mind that with her celebrity status & celebrity bank account, she has access to the best care, so even if she was/is on meth and even if the skin or teeth problems started, we probably wouldn't even know about it.

i agree with Skrpune...i know, well, far too many people who have had problems with meth. i even dated one briefly and didn't even know it because he was normal as normal can be.
i do, however, think zoe would be a cocaine peddler before she would distribute meth.

look at Mischa Barton's cheeks and how drawn they are look at how pasty her complexion is in some photos look at how shiny and oliy looking her skin is and how her lips look like she been licking them ALOT that is what your average meth head looks like. see how her eyes look?? thats a meth head then look at Nicole richie she doesnt look like that that girl is anorexic she needs a southern home cooked meal or 15!
