CHARLIE SHEEN and DENISE RICHARDS are no longer husband and wife - their marriage was terminated in Los Angeles on 17 November (06), according to new documents. The couple split last year (05) and briefly reconciled at Christmas (DEC05) before waging a messy war of words in the divorce courts. They were married for just under three years and had two daughters together. Richards is now dating BON JOVI rocker RICHIE SAMBORA.

Remember when it was really ugly and Charlie responded to the rumours of enjoying kiddie porn by premiering his CHILDREN'S CLOTHING LINE? That was a hot move. It was an even hotter move when Denise started banging her best friend Heather Locklear's husband, sending Heather packing off to date sullen teenage girl David Spade. Female First reports that Reese has gone a smidge bit more control freak than usual. She's banned all mobile phones on the set of her latest movie with Jake Gyllenhaal. Losing someone as smokingly hot as Ryan Phillipe will do that to a girl - make her go buck-wild Cruella DeVille crazy lady.

Reese Witherspoon has reportedly banned mobile phones on the set of her new film - tostop pictures of her and co-star Jake Gyllenhaal from being taken.

The Oscar-winning actress only filed for divorce from her husband of seven years Ryan Phillippe last month and is determined not to be linked to her dashing, single co-star.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Reese doesn't want any rumours about her and Jake."

It has been claimed that New Line Cinema introduced the ban on cell phones on the set of 'Rendition', but the film studio has so far refused to comment on the matter.

However, Reese's apparent ban may have come too late as news of her and Jake's budding friendship has already been circulating after the pair were spotted enjoying a lengthy chat.

A source said: "Jake stopped by her trailer and waited for her. They laughed and talked then he left."

Not to channel Perez here or anything, but I don't think she has to worry about anyone seeing Jake advancing on her in a romantic manner. And if there are photos, all they're gonna be of is him telling her about a hot sale at Fred Segal or indicating to her that he's got America's Next Top Model on the TIVO in his trailer for them to watch later.

Anna Nicole Smith is running out of places to call home, sweet home.

The embattled TrimSpa spokesmodel has been ordered to vacate the Bahamas mansion she's been residing in since September after failing to respond to eviction papers filed by the home's rightful owner.

The Bahamian Supreme Court issued a default judgment in favor of G. Ben Thompson on Tuesday, after Smith let a two-week response window lapse with nary a court filing.

Shortly after the judgment was entered in the books, Thompson's lawyer sent a letter to Smith, demanding she exit the premises, which the model has alternately maintained was a gift or loan from Thompson, within a 48-hour period, a timetable that expires at the end of today.

The housing brouhaha kicked off last month when Thompson, a South Carolina real estate developer and former Smith boyfriend, disputed that his generosity included a million-dollar mortgage, and claimed that his onetime paramour was woefully in arrears on the property and as such was "unlawfully occupying" his tropical estate.

People confirmed today that Eva and her long-time boyfriend, NBA player Tony Parker, are betrothed.

"Eva and Tony are officially engaged," Longoria's rep, Liza Anderson, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "The couple have never been happier."

Parker, a point guard for the San Antonio Spurs, flew into Los Angeles after his game on Wednesday night and surprised Longoria at her home as she got off work, according to the actress's rep, who added: "The proposal was romantic and perfect."

The couple plans to wed in France next summer in what they describe as a "big, happy ceremony with lots of family and friends."

Longoria, 31, and the French-born Parker, 24, met in November 2004. Though they played coy at first, by August 2005, the Desperate Housewives star confirmed they were a couple, asking PEOPLE rhetorically, "What's not to like?"

Nothing, really. These two don't seem too, too crazed. Though I was a little turned off during her "let the whole world know how Tony and I roll in bed" phase a couple of months ago. Ugh. Easy there, Gaby.

We all make mistakes, but Britney....you need to consult with someone of superior intelligence every time you make a decision. The guy at the McDonald's drive through is just not cutting it. Having relations and marrying that turd/Vanilla Ice knock off Kevin-NO! Hanging with Paris and airing out your noonie for the world to ridicule-NO! Knocking off fragrance bottles-NO!

Britney's new fragrance "Midnight Fantasy" is a dead ringer for the Worth perfume "Dans La Nuit." It made it's market debut three years after "Chanel No. 5" in 1924. The perfume didn't have the staying power that No. 5 has, but it will bring home about $2,000 for an empty bottle. Ms. Spears has created an identical bottle filled with what I am guessing is the sent of flowers, Cheetohs, and desperation.

Poor girl. It's like a train wreck you just can stop looking at. Call me Brit, I would be happy to pull you out of the dumps and buy you some panties.

The Post is reporting Lindsay might be *gulp* sobering up? Damn, what are we going to write about then?

LINDSAY Lohan is flirting with sobriety. After a hard weekend of partying with Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, Lohan - who's been sporting an Alcoholics Anonymous pin - has apparently had enough. A Los Angeles spy reports seeing her yesterday at a 7:30 a.m. AA meeting near her apartment in the Sierra Towers. A friend of Lohan confirmed, "She has attended several meetings and has hopefully decided to turn her life around - this time for good. She is out of control." Lohan skipped Thanksgiving with her mom, Dina, and her family because she knew "someone would force an intervention on her." So Dina - who likes a party almost as much as her wild-child daughter - has arrived in L.A. to convince Lindsay to stay home some nights. The actress is filming "The Best Time of Our Lives" with Keira Knightley for the next five weeks - and then, friends hope "she will really get serious about getting sober. And drop out of the limelight for a while." A rep for Lohan declined comment.

If this is true, more power to her. For my own job security, I hope that she's just narcissistic enough to be doing it for attention.

When Cameron Diaz, wearing a teeny tiny brown dress, sat down to enjoy a turkey dinner yesterday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen feared some audience members and viewers wouldn't enjoy an overly exposed Cameron (with the exception of her boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, of course!). So Ellen did what any protective host would do -- she covered her guest up!
