Jennifer Garner is the definition of adorable and her main priority is her baby girl. Garner decided to forgo the hours at gym and spend her time with her daughter. Losing baby weight was the least of her concerns after giving birth. Her slim-down secret was breast feeding, a diet plan...and a personal trainer.
"I wasn't about to jump on the celebrity mum bandwagon of getting super-skinny, super-quickly. I am more concerned about keeping healthy and spending time with Violet than anything else."
With Violet about to celebrate her first birthday in December, Jennifer looks like she did before pregnancy. With her focus of being healthy versus uber-skinny, Jennifer manages to maintain her well-rounded girl next door look without having to follow the Beckham "Pretzels and a diet Coke" nutritional regime.
