Kelly Ripa wasn't thrilled with Clay Aiken's rolling up on her on her own show last Friday, according to Showbuzz.com
The talk show host went off on Aiken this morning on "Live With Regis and Kelly," saying "I don't think he was respectful in any way." She says Aiken was hostile toward her when they shared co-hosting duties on Friday's show.She especially took issue with Aiken putting his hands over her mouth during an interview. She says you don't do that, even if it's for a laugh.
Kelly would be even more distressed if she took a look online and read some rumors about where that hand has been, and who it's been up. Ugh. Break out the moist towelettes.

I watched the program and it seemed to me that Kelly Rip was in the wrong rather than Clay Aikens. Generally, I really do not like to watch the show when Regis is not on. Kelly Ripa does seem to talk way too much; Regis has to cut her off all the time in order to get her to shut up. I agree that if she wants to do all of the talking then, having a co-host seems as if it would be a waste of time.

I very rarely watch this show mainly because I can't stand Kelly. I love Regis because he's so funny and entertaining and puts up with alot of BS. I actually used to watch this show for the musical guests back when they had actual MUSIC guests...like Melissa Etheridge, Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keys, Duran Duran, Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, Def Leppard, Tina Turner, ect.-ect. Of course these days the few times they have any music guests they have on either The Jonas Brothers, or Miley Cyrus, or some other manufactured Disney darling...or they have on only hip-hop crap. Anyway, back on track, Kelly needed to have someone shut her up like that, so...YOU GO, CLAY!!!!! Then, as I saw on You Tube, she tells Regis about what happened and talked about getting a phonecall from Howard Stern and his girlfriend and how they cheered her up, or something, as if somebody called her the "C" word or something, or made some comment about her body parts, whatever...and then she had to go and make it a man-vs.-woman issue, which was total BS!! We all seen her clasp her hand over guys' mouths all the time on the show, including Regis, and they didn't go off the way she did and make a huge federal case about it! But, she had to play the gender card and get Rosie and those cows on "The View" all riled up. Personally, I think Regis could do just fine on his own and doesn't need some no-class bimbo by his side every morning.
