In response to the brouhaha caused by reports of both Michael Jackson and Lindsay Lohan getting booed at the World Music Awards, La Lohan has been defending the aging pop-star.
"I don't care. He's Michael Jackson for Christ's sake!"Unfortunately for Lindsay, getting run off stage by a less-than-appreciative international audience is actually probably the least of her worries. Lindsay's list of troubles just seems to keep growing by the minute and include a missing Cartier diamond-encrusted bracelet worth tens of thousands of dollars.
"She had been loaned the jewellery in good faith for her presenting gig at the World Music Awards on Wednesday. The plan was always for her to return the bracelet after, which seemed to have slipped her mind. She had a string of pals coming in and out of her room as well as security, management and hotel staff tending to regular requests. The room was turned upside down and fingers were being pointed at various people for it going missing. Lindsay ducked out of seeing the jewellers herself and left her management to sweep it under the carpet."Not that this justifies her behavior, but seriously, Cartier people, come on. The woman has "Breathe" tattooed on her wrist. You think she's going to remember to return a bracelet? Actually, maybe the bracelet was concealing her tattoo and she lost consciousness and a one-armed man came and stole it.
