Self-Lovin' Sally: I don't hate Sally because she's beautiful. I just want to pull her hair (or better yet, her false eyelashes), because she's so insistent on being the belle of the ball. Gag. Let me explain. Whenever Sally hits a soiree, she makes absolutely sure she is the last one to arrive on the red carpet--because only losers and Z-listers show up early, you see. You gotta make reporters wait for you if you're an A-lister, and, oh, Lordy, do we ever wait. On many occasions, Sally has waited in a parked limo right next to the red carpet (how's that for moronic?) until an hour after the last celebrity has gone inside, just to make sure we all know she's the queen bee. Then, when she finally emerges, it's as if Sally has fire ants in her Spanx, because she scurries past reporters, granting only one or two lightning-quick interviews. 1. i've never seen pictures of britney partying w/ her mom before, but i have seen plenty of paris hilton and her mom, so im gonna go w/ paris (and yes i know that "songstress" prolly isn't the best way to describe paris, but it is one way)
2. i thnik the clues in this might point to Beyonce. sometimes the blind items have clues in them, and i think this one points to her, they refer to her as queen bee, and her friends call her "B", they mention z-listers, possible reference to jay-z, and they talk about fire ants in her spanx, which she has said that she wears all the time

I totally agree with you on both counts Heather.
I also immediately thought of Jay-Z when I saw 'z-lister', not because he is, but because of his stage name. I also remembered how she and Jay-Z held up some fashion show (Marc Jacobs, maybe?) during Fashion Week.
She was also on the cover of the latest Elle and she admitted to always having an entourage of hair and makeup people to be at her beck and call. The most ironic part? Despite wearing a vulgar weave, an inch of power and foundation and being air-brushed within an inch of her life, the name of the spread was 'Natural Woman'. I laughed and laughed and laughed, because yeah, not so much.
I think her attention to her appearance is weird because she is one of the few famous women who is truly naturally beautiful. She was on the cover of Allure maybe four years ago with minimal makeup and natural hair, and it was the best I've ever seen her look.
