I'm just kidding. There ain't no shame in your game, girl. The New York Daily News reports that Kristen Bell may have exhibited some of that infamous Veronica Mars slight of hand back in the day:
A pal tells us that when she was working backstage at the 1999 Drama Desk awards: "She took gift certificates - worth about a $100 each - to the Palm Restaurant out of the goodie bags." At least the reputed Little Red Robin Hood shared them. Laughs the snitch: "She either gave them to friends or kept them for herself." Her rep insists: "When Kristen was about to leave she was told by the woman running the coat check that she could take [six of the gift bags] that were left over."As far as I'm concerned, you can't actually steal gift bags. But then again, I have no scruples.
