Extra quoted Courtney Love and Janice Dickinson as having issues with Britney's parenting skills at the Billboard Awards.
Courtney did had plenty to say about new mom Britney Spears' recent late-night partying with Paris Hilton."Say what you will about me, and I'm not passing judgment, but when I had my daughter, I stayed home with her almost every night for the first year of her life," Love said.
Supermodel Janice Dickinson echoed those sentiments, and told "Extra" it's time for the pop princess to hang up her party pants and be a mom.
"I mean, even I had give up my wild ways and buckle down and become a parent," Dickinson insisted. "Paris is not the nanny; Britney should hang with the nannies and the children."
Courtney said this as she was pulling down her sleeves to hide the track marks from when SHE DID HEROIN WHEN SHE WAS PREGNANT with Frances Bean. She also used a special Jedi mind trick to make the reporter forget that SHE OVERDOSED IN FRONT OF FRANCES a couple of years ago. See there where I used caps to highlight the hypocrisy? Effective, eh?
As for Janice, I seriously don't know what kind of parent she was - but she seems like one of the sillier humans out there. So I'm guessing that results in some wacky parenting. Her son's kinda hot though. Shut up, he's legal!

Well, given that Paris Hilton's been hanging out with Brit and her baby (http://hollywoodsnark.com/2006/12/02/britney-drops-her-undies-for-charity/) and now Paris says she wants a baby I guess the next step is for Paris Hilton to lecture Britney on being a good mom, decency, and class!

It's odd but Courtney - despite her OD and bad stuff the last couple of years - has actually been a very devoted mom to her daughter. You can tell when you see pictures of the two together that there is a lot of love there.
Having a kid at a very young age, I don't know. I spent my 20s having fun and didn't have a kid until age 30. I would have felt really tied down and resentful before that. But when you have a kid, you have to grow up and realize that you can't be selfish or me-first anymore. The kids come first.
