GREY'S ANATOMY star ELLEN POMPEO wants to gain weight - and would be "the happiest girl in Hollywood" if she did. The svelte actress, who has been accused in the past of starving herself, believes she'd have a figure to die for after piling on the pounds. Speaking to Playboy magazine, she says, "If I could gain five to 10 pounds, it would probably go straight to my boobs and ass. "I would be the happiest girl in Hollywood, trust me. "I'd have this sick bod because I'd be the skinny girl with big boobs and a cute butt."Who is she f*cking kidding? The first time she shows up to the set with a F.U.P.A and a double chin, there will be about five different producer's meetings on how to broach the subject of how to get her to try out bulimia. And she knows it, too. She's neither coy nor cute. Shut it, Ellen.

I hate when actors open their mouths and say stupid stuff. I actually WANT to continue watching Grey's Anatomy, hellooooo? For the love...shut it, indeed, Ms. Pompeo.

I am one of those can't gain weight too and it is just as frustrating for us as for those who can't lose weight. Pompeo is sending a message that it's not a desirable thing to be too skinny, which is positive body-image message, yet you guys have to bash her for it. And you wonder why people do harmful things to their bodies in order to be skinny?
And and btw, the interview is from the 20q section from Playboy. There were 20 questions and this is the one this website had to obsesss over. It's sad, really.

Hey! I've got a few extra pounds I'd LOVE to share with Ms. Pompeo.... I know ladies, it's really HARD to imagine that one would want to GAIN weight when most of us struggle with losing it!!! Sometimes.... LIFE AIN'T FAIR!!!! As Brendan's mommy would say. So, I'll just have another martini and contemplate that inequity a bit further........

if she just focused on gaining some weight to look healthy, then we would be congratulating her. it's the idea that she would gain weight only in her ass and boobs and therefore be the perfect woman that is insane. is this foreshadowing for her new butt and breast implants?

Lord, if a curvy person with beautiful breasts and a shapely behind, curvy hips and all-around gorgeous says they want to lose, the world freaking caters to them. But when NATURALLY skinny girls who are flat, gawky, eat like crazy with no results and feel like STORKS want to GAIN the world freaks out because they don't mind admitting they're skinny.

hallelujah Quinn! It's harder to gain weight when you're skinny and keep it on than it is to lose it and keep it off! I've always told myself that if I were fat and lost weight it would be so easy to just diet and do cardio like crazy to keep the weight off. when you're trying to put it on and keep it on there are not that many ways to do that so easily. you can only eat so much and the balance of weight training and eating more calories than you're burning is a struggle! fat people just think that being skinny is a blessing....YOURE WRONG! it's just as frustrating, especially when the world is so P.C. about saying things to or about fat people, but not at all sensitive to skinny people! saying "you're too skinny eat a cheeseburger" is not a compliment!!! it's just like telling a fat person "you're too fat! eat a salad"

Number 2, as a person who also has a thin frame and finds it difficult to gain weight I must say fuck anyone who thinks that being called too skinny is not an insult and being called too fat is.
