Lou Diamond Phillips Sentenced To 32 Months Probation For Battery

A judge stood and delivered the sentence to Lou Diamond Phillips yesterday on his domestic battery charges, People has the scoop:

Phillips, 44, was sentenced to 32 months of probation, one year of domestic violence counseling and 200 hours of community service. TMZ.com was first to report the no contest plea.
Phillips was charged with domestic battery, a misdemeanor, in September. The charges stemmed from his Aug. 11 arrest after a physical fight with his girlfriend.

It has been rumored that the fight broke out when his new girlfriend admitted that she too was in love with Melissa Etheridge. Google it.
