Adding more evidence to his case as the real father of Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl, a traffic ticket issued to photographer Larry Birkhead back in April of 2006 seems to indicate that at that time, Anna thought that he was the baby's daddy.
Here's the dilly yo: Apparently, Anna had just found out she was pregnant, guessed it was Birkhead's, and got into a fight with Howard K. who was all, "You have to pick one of us." She calls Birkhead distraught, and in the process of rushing to her side, he gets pulled over for speeding. TMZ reports:
The officer who issued the speeding ticket quoted Birkhead -- "I got a call from my pregnant wife, she's sick."
The ticket is significant because Birkhead's statement was a spontaneous reaction to the event and not in the context of a paternity battle. Debra Opri, Birkhead's lawyer, tells TMZ Birkhead referred to Anna as his "girlfriend" but the cop wrote "wife."
Seriously y'all, you know who we could use right about now? Jessica Fletcher. That chick would have this mystery straightened out in about half an hour on a vacation to the Bahamas.

I have lifted Larry Birkhead up in prayer. If he is the biological father of Dannielynn, I pray he will take custody of her and I pray soon. Somebody needs to set up a fundraiser for Larry Birkhead. I know the attorney fees must be overwhelming. I don't have much, but I'm willing to donate what I can to see that a biological father become just that...a father. Take it from someone who wanted to be raised and loved by her father but wasn't. Please Lord have Howard K. Stern to not fight to keep a child away from her one and only real parent.....Please. I just have one thing to say about the comment that was put on here by CC! I think that you should watch what you say. I think that there is more behind this story then what you are looking at! If you are up to date on all this you would know that ANS and Stern never allowed Larry to see his daughter! So if you are not allowed to see your daughter then how the hell can you be a daddy? There is more to the story I am sure but all in all you have to look at the fact that they would not allow him to see her! When all is said and Larry is the father then I hope you look at how foolish you are being on here! God be with you all! I know God will show the truth to all of us!

Larry I pray and hope that yor daughter will soon be with you.How can anyone run to the Bahamas where a man can be put on a birth certificate.but,not being the father.Howard knowns he wasn't the father.How could Larry put Anna'a last day's of life through hell? by wanting a dna test to prove Danielynn is his daughter.He was there for Anna during the time anna carrying Danielynn untill....it was time to run to the Bahamas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Have your own child stolen see how you feel.Oh Stern has bounded and Stern is the only father that Danielynn even known.BULL!!!!!! I'm curious how Larry is going to pay that enormous attorney fee by Opri. His photography salary won't come anywhere close to that kind of money, and I bet Stern still holds the ANS purse strings. He's a lawyer, after all !!
