It was revealed today that the primary beneficiary in Anna Nicole's will was her teenage son Daniel. Who's now deceased. Oh oh. Howard K. Stern was named as her executioner...I mean executor.
The 16-page will was never updated. It does not mention Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. (Read the will -- pdf) Clouding an already murky legal scenario, some language in the will seems to exclude any of Smith's future spouses or children.Yet in other sections, it refers to Smith's "children," instructing the executor, for example, to manage the estate "such that my children are distributed sufficient sums for their health, education and support."
The stakes are huge -- perhaps $88 million or more. Smith's heir or heirs stand to inherit a stake in her longstanding claim to the fortune of her late husband, Texas oil baron J. Howard Marshall II.
So Daniellyn gets nothing? Who gets the money? Me? Can I have it? Let there be some justice, damnit!

Yeah, Pete, we will miss someone who didn't give a flying fig about anything but herself, won't we. How sad she is gone?
WTF!?!
And....Petey baby, her son is the baby's father! Add it up, it makes sense. White trash, trailer lover.
JC says:
Yeah, makes you wonder doesn't it? How do people like Anna Nicole Smith have any fans? Uneducated, dumber than a brick, selfish, trashy gold digger?
And, if her son really is the father (I don't doubt it at all) will it ever be made public?
She was an embarrassment to America. It says a lot about our society that someone so disgusting garners so much attention....

The language in the Will is very generic. Its probably something she had drawn up the last minute before she left the country. PLUS she probably never thought she would have another child OR that her son would die OR that she would die. Its very common that your attorney is your executor of a will too. The reference to children is probably a typo as well. PLUS when you get married the Will becomes void anyways. At least it does in Georgia, regardless of what the Will says. The children part stays. BUT a family member can contest the Will regardless. I am sure her mother and the family will contest the Will. What's interesting though is all of this playing out in the media and well her daughter will see how they all wither 1) cared about her or 2) the money. Poor child!
