I'm sure it's going to come as a HUGE surprise to hear that Simon Cowell has done/said something to piss off another one of his "American Idol" colleagues, but I'm going to run with this as if it is breaking news nonetheless. For what is neither the first nor the last time, Cowell pissed off Ryan Seacrest by referring to him as "sweetheart." I'll let Breitbart.com take it from there:
"Don't call me sweetheart. ... We don't have that kind of relationship," Seacrest said. "I don't want that kind of relationship."
"I don't want that kind of relationship," repeated Cowell, to which Seacrest replied: "Exactly. We'll just work together, that's fine with me."Oh, but their little tiff didn't end there, of course. As the broadcast progressed, Simon's severe criticisms of the remaining twelve male competitors prompted Seacrest to ask him why he was being so negative, to which Simon responded:
"I'm not being negative," Cowell replied. "Unlike you, I actually respect the audience at home and I don't _ and I don't believe in lying to them."Later on, Ryan distinctly omitted Simon when he signed-off and only thanked the other two American Idol judges. But the harshest blow he dealt was not even witnessed, as it took place when he was home later that evening, when clicked his mouse with a vengeance, removing Simon from his top eight.

yeah, my impression of that exchange was that methinks Ryan Seacrest doth protest too much.
he said "don't call me sweetheart" SEVERAL times (sounding almost panicked at one point), and the "I don't want that kind of relationship" was TOTALLY unnecessary.
if he's not gay, he would have laughed it off and responded with something like "oh, OK snugglebums" and waved him a kiss.
And let me just say that I'm NOT one of the people who thought Seacrest is gay...but I do now.

You can tell that Simon was trying to say that Ryan is Gay.. That's why he said "I don't believe in Lying to them" you know he was gonna say "I'm not the one telling everybody that I'm not a queen!"

I think Simon Cowell didn't mean anything when he said Ryan as "Sweetheart." He may have no any sort of bad intention anyway. And.. this thing is just so controversial that we don't know anything about the truth. You see, there're many controversial facts (which I doubt it as facts either) about whether or not Ryan is gay. For example, in regard to the kissing photograph of Ryan Seacrest and Teri Hatcher, when Oprah asked Teri Hatcher if she knew why Ryan dumped her on their third date just one hour after the photograph was taken, she said to Oprah that Oprah needed to ask him herself.
And on the other hand, Paula said the photograph had been altered. It's been photoshopped. "Ryan just kissed the mirror." Paula was pretty drunk at the time when asked by the MC during the sort of David Letterman show on Fox.You can just easily find these two examples by simply hit on words like "Ryan Seacrest and fake relationship."
You know, sometimes nothing can be said as the final answer when everything is just so blurred.
