Anyways, E! reports that those planning Anna Nicole Smith's funeral in the Bahamas are hoping that the ceremony for the former Guess model will exhibit the qualities that Anna portrayed in her life. A friend of Smith, Patrik Simpson, spoke of the upcoming funeral with E!:
"It's going to be a very Anna Nicole event and she was larger than life," he said. "It will be over-the-top, because it's Anna Nicole."
Anna's baby girl will not be attending the ceremony, however a mystery celebrity guest is slated to be there.
While Simpson, a 38-year-old model talent scout, said that the singer would be a "big star" and someone Smith had always been a fan of, he told E! News that not even he was aware of the person's identity.
"I was told to reserve a space for one name, plus two," he said, adding that the performer was bringing "several bodyguards" along.And not only will the guest be attending, but is "a well-known artist, set to perform during the memorial service." Please God, let it be David Hasselhoff.

ET reported it's going to be a country singer, Joe Nicholls? I wouldn't think he would need multiple body guards. I am guessing not many people know who he is- I do, but that's only because I'm from a small town in Canada. Country music is the shit here.

Yes a country singer is singing..but they are not bringing a bunch of security guards along with them.. I don't think it's someone who anyone would care for either because I didn't recognize his name. My father is the undertaker who is taking care of the funeral
